TamisTerms of Use
Tamis is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. The points below explain how that applies to Tamis and Tamis Pro.
Tamis Pro
Tamis is free to download. Tamis Pro is an optional upgrade, offered as:
- a yearly subscription, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers,
- a monthly subscription,
- a one-time lifetime purchase.
The price for your country is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
Renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your photos
Tamis suggests items you might want to remove, but you decide. Items you remove go to Tamis Trash, where you can restore them. Emptying Tamis Trash deletes them from your library after iOS asks you to confirm; Photos then keeps them in Recently Deleted for 30 days. Please keep a backup of photos that matter to you. Tamis is provided as is, and we are not liable for items you choose to delete.
Privacy
Tamis collects no data. See the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
